Club Membership is now handled by the RFU Game Management System (GMS). This enables parents to log in and update contact details, medical information and pay subs. It also means the club can move forward and be faster and more efficient at dealing with player requests and issues.

Prices are not changing for 2020/21 and can be found in the table on the right. Following the success of our split payment in 2019, this has been extended to 4 months for Mini and Youth memberships. As a club, we hope this helps with any financial pressures from the current COVID19 situation.

If you do need financial support, please do let a club officer know and we can help out with membership.

For 2020, we’re also using an app called Teamo – this will make our tracking of attendance to training, communicating to players/parents and track & trace for COVID much easier and consistent across the club.

Details for GMS and Teamo are below.

GMS (RFU Registration/Payment)

If you’re new to Ashford Rugby Club, please follow this link to GMS to create your account. Note – if adding a child, you must add an adult on the form at the same time.

Register here

To log in to the GMS system you’ll need to follow the link below and use your username/password.

Please check for an email from our membership team (especially spam/junk folders) which contains your username in the bottom right hand corner of the email.

If you didn’t receive this email, please let us know via the contact form at the bottom of this page.

The video below should show you how to get to the membership section and how to add this to each user. If you’re buying for more than one person, make sure you choose them before adding the product to cart a second time.

You can do this a number of ways, but it’s often easiest to do it whilst purchasing membership.

Teamo (Attendance + Comms)

Follow this link to sign up playing children and their parents/guardians.

Each team has their own training and fixture list inside Teamo. You should respond to any of these with your availabilitty so that coaches know and can also check you off the register on the day.

On the day of a session, you can check in, for track & trace purposes, from 3 hours before up until midnight that day.

This is important so that we know who has been at the club and also that they acknowledge that they’re symptom free and accept the risk of training.

If you have any problems with either system, you need to talk about financial help or for any other enquiries – please fill out the form on the right and the membership secretary will be in touch with you as soon as they can.
